As an internal med physician and one who combines medicine with nutrition, I help people better their health, especially problems with overweight, by providing them with particular tools that can dramatically improve their health through nutrition.

Did you also know that most foods, whether they are fruits, meats or vegetables cannot provide nutrients after only one hour of them being harvested or slaughter?

Our current diets are most certainly varied, abundant and very tasteful, however, unless our diets contain the minimum of 24grs of essential nutrients per day, every day, it is very difficult to improve our health and live a long healthy life.

INTERNAL MED PHYSICIAN

I am Dr. Evelyn, a dedicated physician whose goal is not only to share her knowledge of health with her patients, but also someone who lives a healthy lifestyle. I practice what I teach and am fully aware that physical health is not only the result of healthy eating but also of healthy emotional well-being.

I am a doctor of internal medicine, have a degree as a biologist from George Washington University in Washington D.C. and a degree in medicine and surgery from Universidad San Francisco de Quito USFO.

I have 15 years of experience with conceptual medicine, and I treat patients with chronic diseases, especially metabolic syndrome.

MEDICAL CONSULTATION

Inicial consultation

Approximately one hour, where the patient will receive concise medical information on health,review of lab work and guidelines for treatment and diet.

Follow up consultations

Approximately 15 to 20 minutes, check up is done related to the patient´s previously diagnosed medical condition.

Healthy Diet

Optimal diet is paramount for wellbeing, and a great part of the initial consultation will cover and clearly explain why certain lifestyles are dangerous.
